Previous rhinoplasty with rib graft that twisted. Dr. Silver removed the previous graft and reconstructed with a different implant.

This patient had a nasal fracture as a child and had it partially reduced. Following this he had severe problems breathing through his nose and underwent a secondary repair. The nose was not placed back into the center of his face. As a result he was referred to Dr. Silver who treated him with a open reduction of the old non-reduced nasal fracture and then completed the internal correction to open his airway.
